Questions about credits

What is a credit?

Credits pay for practice sessions. A session with listeners uses more credits a minute than a solo run, because the listeners talk back. Before you start, we show what the session will cost and what you’ll have left; afterwards, your billing page shows what it did cost.

What does a session cost?

You’re charged for the minutes you use, rounded up, with a 3-minute minimum because every session gets a full review. A session that fails before any audio is exchanged costs nothing.

Do credits expire?

Free credits last 30 days, Spot credits 12 months, and Pro credits until the end of the month they’re for. We always spend the credits that expire first.

Do unused Pro credits roll over?

No. Each month starts with a fresh allowance. If you run out before the month ends, a Spot pack tops you up.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes, at any time. You keep Pro and the credits you have until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing renews after that.

What if I run out in the middle of a session?

A session never starts with less than its minimum. When your credits or your plan’s session length are about to run out, you get a warning 2 minutes before the end, and the session still ends with a full review.
